Swan Hill, 13 July 1861.

A despatch from Mr Howitt, dated Swan Hill, Saturday, July 13, was read to the meeting. It stated that Mr Howitt would leave Swan Hill at noon.

One of the party remaining to bring forward any letters which might arrive by the mail that day, and that he should proceed without delay towards Menindie, by way of Balranald.
